IPV Flexgen is delighted that work on construction of their 10MW solar array located in north Oxfordshire is underway.
Planning consent was granted in October 2020 for the solar farm but it construction has been delayed as a result of lock down and subsequent grid modifications.
The project includes the planting of 11 acres of new wet woodland that will provide long term ecological gain and landscape enhancement, acting as a wildlife corridor along the local river. A further 4 acres are set aside for boarder grassland encouraging native wildflower, bees and other pollinators.
